Join Our Clients Dynamic Team as a Franchise Recruitment Manager!

Location: Darwen, Lancs. Salary: £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Office Based Hours of work (37.5 hours per week): 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 4.30pm Friday

What You'll Do:

As Franchise Recruitment Manager, you will be at the forefront of our clients’ expansion efforts. Your role will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and onboarding new franchise partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing effective franchise recruitment strategies

Identifying and engaging with potential franchisees

Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of candidates

Guiding prospects through the recruitment process, from initial inquiry to contract signing

Building and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees

Collaborating with marketing team to create compelling recruitment campaigns

Attending industry events and networking opportunities to promote our clients’ brand

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in franchise recruitment or sales

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

A proactive and results-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel as needed (Valid UK driving licence and own transport)
