£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
A leading construction and engineering contractor is looking to appoint a Framework Manager to oversee and develop its growing portfolio of public sector frameworks.
This is a strategic role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, bid teams, commercial teams and operational delivery functions to maximise framework performance and drive future growth.
The Role
You will take ownership of framework relationships, compliance, reporting and business development activities, ensuring frameworks are actively utilised and aligned with wider business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and developing a portfolio of public sector frameworks
Building relationships with framework providers and contracting authorities
Monitoring framework performance, KPIs and pipeline activity
Supporting framework audits and compliance requirements
Identifying upcoming framework opportunities
Working alongside bid teams to improve submission quality and win rates
Supporting business development and work-winning strategies
Producing framework reporting and capability documentation
Driving framework utilisation across operational teams
About You
Experience within framework management, bid management or construction business development
Strong understanding of public sector procurement routes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware with a growth-focused mindset
Strong organisational and reporting skills
Able to work collaboratively across multiple departments
Willing to travel throughout the UK when required
