Description:

Passive Fire Site Manager – Temp to Perm
Location: Richmond & Surrounding Areas
Day Rate: £(Apply online only) Per Day + Mileage (Temp) | Circa £50,000 (Perm)
Contract: 3-Month Temp to Perm (CIS)

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Passive Fire Site Manager to join a well-established and growing passive fire protection contractor delivering works across Richmond and the surrounding areas. All works are within social housing environments, with a strong and varied pipeline of secured projects across fire stopping, compartmentation and fire door programmes.

This role starts on a 3-month CIS basis at £250 per day plus mileage, transitioning to a permanent salaried position of circa £50,000 for the right candidate based on performance.

The Role

As Passive Fire Site Manager, you will take full ownership of your allocated contracts from mobilisation through to completion, managing multiple live projects simultaneously across social housing sites in Richmond. The majority of works will focus on fire door oversight, with additional responsibility across fire stopping and compartmentation works including Firefly, Rockwool curtain, partition walls and penetration sealing.

This is a leadership role for someone who can run projects independently, make decisions confidently on site and maintain excellent client relationships, escalating to the Project Manager only when necessary. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator, ensuring operatives have everything they need to deliver works safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
