Passive Fire Contract Manager
Role:
Regen Solutions are currently working with a leading Fire Protection / FRA Business in their search for a Project / Contract Manager to join their ever growing team. As an Contract Manager you based between their Nottingham office and site managing both active and passive fire protection projects across the region.
These include all internal and external works with a combined value of around £10-£15m per year.
Experience:
As Contracts Manager you will ensure programme requirements are met in line with business objectives and client and customer aspirations and expectations.
This is a fast-paced role which requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and will involve: Managing contracts to achieve targets in respect of safety, time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction. Managing people, sub-contractors and processes to ensure that all works are controlled and delivered within the time frames required and that they meet the minimum standard set by the Clients KPI's. Ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.

Experience in completing construction phase plans
Client contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teams
P&L, cash flow and costs
Creating a work safe culture
Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time
Good communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractors
Must have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlook
Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally)
A flexible, "can do" attitude and want to work as part of a team
Able to produce and deliver progress reports
Must be able to manage the H&S, quality and programme performance on their projects via their management team
