Job Title: FP&A Manager
Location: London - The City
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
Join a dynamic and innovative team working for a global technology firm. Due to growth this firm are seeking an FP&A Manager to assist the financial planning and analysis efforts and support our strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
Analyse data from different departments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyse key financial metrics and trends.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and growth.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.Qualifications:
Fully Qualified Accountant with 1-2 years PQE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably outside of practise.
Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What We Offer:
