FP&A Manager

Description:

CMA have been exclusively instructed to assist a growing manufacturing business recruit an FP&A Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business and help shape the future growth of the organisation. You will have the autonomy to shape the role and the function and would suit an experienced finance professional who has worked in a busy FP&A environment previously.

What will the FP&A Manager role involve?

Lead on all budgeting and forecasting within the organisation including regular reforecasting as required.
Produce and maintain scenario-based models to provide key information internally and prepare the organisations.
Lead on the adjustment of scenario-based models to react to relevant scenarios.
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience.
Strong Modelling experience including creating comprehensive models from scratch.
Proactive thinker who can resolve problems.
Excellent management and communication skills.
Advanced systems knowledge including advanced Excel and Power BI.
