As an FP&A Analyst in Leicester, you'll play a key role in our client's team by helping to manage and analyse financial data to support business decisions.
This role is all about ensuring the numbers add up and providing insights that help the company move forward.

Our client is looking to hire a commercially minded and highly analytical FP&A Analyst on a permanent basis in Leicester.

For the successful FP&A Analyst you will have a strong focus on financial modelling and Power BI.

Description
Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and forecasts.
Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Support budgeting and long-term planning processes.
Collaborate with other departments to gather and interpret financial information.
Monitor key performance indicators and highlight trends or concerns.
Assist in developing financial models to support strategic decisions.

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
A strong background in accounting or finance.
Able to commute to our client's office in Leicester.
Previous experience in an FP&A (budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities).
Strong Excel skills and Power BI experience.
Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting techniques.
Experience with financial reporting tools and software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement.
A relevant qualification in finance or accounting.Job Offer
