Description:

They will support the IT Service Desk Team with management and tracking of the Foundations IT assets, and with the delivery of IT support through the ticketing system. They will also support the IT Infrastructure Team with documentation and systems administration.

This is a 37 hours per week, permanent, term-time plus role, being 36 weeks per year including INSET days plus 10 days to be worked work...
