Description:
Forklift / Warehouse Operative
Salary of £24,000 with a monthly attendance bonus of £200, paid after completion of a 3-month probationary period.
Location: New Hythe
Shift times: will be either 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (exact schedule to be determined)
Counterbalance Forklift Truck License
Previous experience in warehouse operations, specifically in the unloading and loading of vehicles.
Primary responsibilities include unloading import trailers in the warehouse using unloading lists for verification, as well as loading double deck trailers with freight for UK delivery.
Provide support to other teams as needed.
The role involves a manual component, such as picking drums and banding shipments, accounting for approximately 70% forklift work and 30% manual labour.
