Gap Personnel is working with a client in Bury St Edmunds that are looking for an Forklift Trainer?
Tired of driving across to multiple sites across the country & wanting a fixed place of work? Then this permanent full time role.
Our client, a leading global logistics company based in Bury St Edmunds, the site has a variety of MHE training needs across Reach, Counterbalance & High-Level Order Picker trucks.
It is preferred for applicants to have a High-Level Order Picker training licence; the client will provide conversion training from Reach or Counterbalance to High Level order picker trucks for the successful candidate.
If you have further licences for training, this could be a benefit too.
Salary - £35,000 to £37,000 Per Year
Shift – Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00/16:00-00:00, shifts rotate weekly.
Duties.
To complete timely accredited training for all MHE functions on site
To ensure trainee paperwork is updated & compliant with RTITB processes.
To be flexible to take additional training courses if needed.
To work closely with the warehouse management team to ensure any training needs are managed and actioned.
Manage site training diary to ensure all staff are trained within timescales.
The successful candidate will.
Be an experienced RTITB/ITTSAR MHE training on Reach & Counterbalance or High-Level Order Picker machines.
Have experience managing a training diary of workers.
Be flexible to business demands with shifts & other areas.
Be willing to train further to increase skills.
