Description:
Major Recruitment is looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join the Wolverhampton distribution team. These are Temp-to-Perm positions for candidates who demonstrate high productivity, safety consciousness.
Location: Wolverhampton (WV4)
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
Hours: 07:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday (Flexibility required for early finishes/overtime)
Status: Immediate Start | Temp-to-Perm
Key Responsibilities
Stock Management: Efficiently picking, putting away, and organizing stock within the distribution centre.
Loading/Unloading: Safely loading outbound vehicles and processing inbound stock deliveries.
Warehouse Flow: Ensuring all stock movements are recorded accurately and the warehouse remains organized.
Flexibility: While standard hours are 07:00-16:00, you must be prepared to stay until the job is done or leave early (at 15:30) if daily targets are met.
Requirements
Licenses: You must hold a valid, in-date Counterbalance and a Bendi (Pivot Steer) license
Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
Reliability: You must be able to start immediately and commit to a Monday-Friday schedule.
