Hours: Mon - Thu 07:00am - 16:00pm Fri 07:00am - 14:30pm
Pay: £12.50 p/hr
Contract: Temp - Perm
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for our client based in Bewdley. This is a Temporary to Permanent position and available to stat immediately. The successful candidate will have previous experience operating a Forklift and hold a valid, in date licence. Due to location, a Driving Licence is required.
The Duties of a Forklift Driver:
* Safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift to load, unload, and transport material.
* Organising and arranging stock in designated storage areas
* Conducting inspections and maintenance checks on the Forklift
* Safely loading pallets and ensuring loads are secure
* Assisting with handballing and production duties
The Requirements of a Forklift Driver:
* Adhere to Health and Safety protocols at all times
* MUST hold a valid in date Counterbalance Licence
* Previous experience operating a Forklift in a similar environment
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
