Description:
We are looking for a Forklift Driver for an immediate start in Witham. This role will be on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate.
This will be a varied position, due to the volume of Forklift work required, the successful applicant will need to be flexible and with duties and the role will involve hands on warehouse duties and any other duties required.
Applicants need to be aware, only candidates with a VALID Counterbalance ticket will be considered.
The Duties of the Forklift Driver candidate:
Daily use of Counterbalance Forklifts
Loading and Unloading Lorries
Working in the warehouse and putting stock away
Working closely within a small team to complete workload
Complete machine operating tasks (with basic computer use)
The ideal Forklift Driver candidate:
Previous Counterbalance experience
In date Counterbalance OR Reach Forklift Ticket
Able to carry out Manual Handling tasks
Happy to work on and off the Forklift
Experience with Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain
Able to complete basic Machine Operating
Computer literate
Hours and Pay:
Monday - Friday
7.30am - 4.30pm
£12-£13ph (DOE)
