Location: Lydney, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full time, day shift
Salary: £15 p/hour
Key Responsibilities of a Forklift Driver
* Operate a forklift safely to move, stack and store goods.
* Load and unload delivery vehicles, checking goods for damage or discrepancies.
* Move stock between storage, production and dispatch areas.
* Carry out daily forklift checks and report faults promptly.
* Assist with stock checks, order picking and general warehouse duties.
* Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe.
* Follow site procedures and health and safety requirements.
Key Skills of a Forklift Driver
* Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling goods.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A reliable and punctual approach.
* Good awareness of safe working practices.
* Willingness to support general warehouse operations.
Essential Criteria of a Forklift Driver
* Previous experience operating a forklift.
* A relevant forklift training certificate.
* Availability to work full time on a day shift.
