FORKLIFT DRIVER Counterbalance & Reach

Aston Hall Rd, Birmingham B6 7FE

Forklift drivers must have experience and valid Counterbalance and Reach Licences.

Working hours:

Monday-Friday: 39 hours per week
Fixed mornings (Mon-Thru: 5am-1pm/ Fri: 5am-12pm)
Pay rates:

£ 13.49- Standard rate (+20% premium for the hours worked outside of the company’s core hours – 8:00-16:30)
OT during weekdays: £20.24
OT Saturday & Sunday: £ 26.98
Role:

As a FLT driver you will be responsible for contributing towards operational best practices within a diverse team of people. Your duties will include:

Carrying out tasks as per instructions from warehouse team leader and supervisor/ or as per process agreed with team leaders per day.
Performing all FLT checks before using
Operate trucks safely as per your training
Picking and packing
Loading & Unloading pallets and stock across the warehouse
General warehouse duties
Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail
