Description:
A Redditch based, Industry leading Manufacturer are looking to add a skilled Forge Operative to their Engineering division on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Team Leader and Process Leader, this is an integral part of the Forge function with responsibility in ensuring that all customer needs and internal quality processes are met.
" Assist on aerospace components and pressing operations
" Support in loading/unloading of furnaces
" Providing support for manufacturing operations at press
" To cover other ad-hoc duties as and when required
" To follow Forge processes / procedures
" Able to read precision measured equipment and have a clear understanding of written and diagrammatic instructions
" Good Interpersonal Skill to foster teamwork and achieve business objectives
" Worked within a quality orientated business
" Must be flexible to work different shift patterns as required
" Knowledge of metal forming at elevated temperatures advantageous
