Are you an experienced Foreman looking for genuine long-term job security?
PSR Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Foreman to join a major civil engineering project in Horton Heath, Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Foreman with experience in drainage, deep drainage and finishing works to secure a role with an extensive pipeline of work and up to 10 years of confirmed projects in the area.
If you're a hands-on Foreman who enjoys leading teams, driving production and delivering quality infrastructure projects, this could be the perfect role for you.
???? The Role
As Foreman, you will be responsible for:
Managing drainage and deep drainage operations.
Overseeing finishing works and ensuring high-quality project completion.
Leading and motivating site teams and subcontractors.
Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
Conducting daily briefings and toolbox talks.
Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
Working closely with Site Managers and Engineers.
Maintaining exceptional health and safety standards.
Driving productivity and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
✅ Requirements
Previous experience working as a Foreman on civil engineering projects.
Strong background in drainage and deep drainage works.
Experience managing finishing works packages.
SSSTS or SMSTS.
CSCS Card.
First Aid (desirable).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read drawings and manage works effectively on site.
