Description:

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, coordinating with the site team, and ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards. Your leadership and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining project timelines and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
·Supervise and coordinate the activities of the site team and subcontractors.
·Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
·Monitor site progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
·Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate records of work performed.
·Liaise with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
·Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site.
·Order and manage materials and equipment needed for the project.
·Provide hands-on guidance and support to the site team, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications and Experience:
·Proven experience as a Foreman, preferably on public realm and highways projects.
·Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health and safety regulations.
·Excellent leadership and team management skills.
·Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
·Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
·Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
·Valid UK driving license.
