Foreman – Groundworks | Commercial Project

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Foreman to join a well-established and reputable groundworks subcontractor on a commercial project based in the Kenilworth, Warwickshire area.

This is an immediate requirement for a Foreman with a strong groundworks background who can confidently oversee day-to-day site operations,, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

The successful candidate will be joining a major subcontractor with a strong reputation across the industry and an excellent pipeline of upcoming work, offering the potential for long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

*

Oversee the day-to-day running of the groundworks package.

*

Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

*

Coordinate labour, plant and materials effectively.

*

Maintain high standards of health and safety across site.

*

Liaise with the Site Manager and project team to ensure smooth site operations.

*

Monitor progress and resolve any site issues as they arise.

Essential Requirements

*

SMSTS.

*

CSCS Card.

*

Proven experience as a Foreman working for a groundworks subcontractor.

*

Previous experience delivering commercial groundworks projects.

*

Strong leadership and communication skills.

*

Ability to coordinate multiple site activities and maintain programme delivery.
