Description:
I am currently recruiting for a foreman for a leading civil engineering contractor. My client operate nationwide and deliver project across the infrastructure, civils and construction sectors. They are looking to on-board a foreman for a large infrastructure scheme being delivered in the West Midlands.
Foreman responsibilities:
* Managing multiple gangs.
* Understanding and upholding HSEQ requirements.
* Putting men to work.
* Record keeping.
* Site diaries.
* Labour allocation.
* Ensuring work is being carried out in accordance to specification.
Foreman requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* CSCS card.
* SSSTS/SMSTS.
* First aid.
* Previous experience with deep drainage, earthworks, highways.
* Full UK driving licence.
