About the Role:

A leading food manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented Forecast Analyst to join their team. This role involves creating, monitoring, and delivering accurate forecasts to support demand planning and inventory management. The analyst will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure forecast accuracy and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and challenge 12-month forecasts with Sales and Marketing teams.
Monitor and update forecasts weekly, communicating changes promptly.
Analyze monthly forecast accuracy and implement improvements.
Address daily queries from Inventory Planning and Customer Services teams.
Collaborate with customers' supply chain to enhance demand planning.
Manage stock levels during promotional activities.
Provide reliable forecasts of customer order requirements.
Qualifications:

Experience in forecasting or demand planning.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
