We are excited to present an opportunity for the role of Foot-Mobile HVAC Engineer with a leading Facilities Maintenance Service Provider covering the City of London.
Position: Foot-Mobile HVAC Engineer
Location: City of London - Zones 1 & 2 (Occassinally zone 3)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Travelcard

We are seeking a qualified HVAC Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to a variety of commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge
Maintain AHUs and FCUs
Splits/multi-splits
VRV/VAV/VRF
Package & Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of up to £50,000
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Travelcard Provided for zones
Overtime Available

Requirements:
Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum), Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential)
F-Gas Cat 1 (Essential)
3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Strong communication skills
Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean, no more than 6 points)
