Teacher of Food Technology - Trafford Secondary School - £750 to £900 per week - September 2024 start
About the role
Are you an inspiring and passionate Food Technology Teacher, seeking a new long-term role in a 'GOOD' Trafford based secondary school?
The successful Food Technology Teacher will deliver well planned and structured lessons to pupils within Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS3/4) and will have experience of improving learning outcomes for pupils and nurturing positive relationships.
Some experience of teaching within Design Technology would be advantageous.
You will join a school with a strong leadership team who are dedicated to improving standards and learning outcomes for all students. Staff feel supported at the school and they were given a 'GOOD' rating at the last OFSTED inspection.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Food Technology Teacher you will:
Have a degree or equivalent education.
Hold QTS/PGCE
Be a natural leader with the confidence to guide a lesson in the teacher's absence.
Have experience of supporting young people in education.
Able to provide suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK
