Are you a creative and dedicated Food Technology Teacher looking for a new and exciting challenge?

Are you strong in behaviour management? 

Required immediately, this fantastic secondary school based in Cardiff are looking to appoint an inspiring Food Technology teacher who will contribute to the wider success of the school.

You should be comfortable taking on a timetable which will include all year groups within the secondary range and ideally A-Level classes also. The school is highly regarded for its pupil progress. You will be expected to have a good knowledge of the national curriculum and be a dedicated and committed Food Technology teacher. The position is full-time and will include planning and assessment, under the guidance of the Deputy or Headmaster.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to support the School ethos by not only providing excellent teaching, but support pupils’ wider development with excellent pastoral care and a willingness to become involved in the School’s extra-curricular programme.

Main duties will include ensuring the Department delivers effective and stimulating lessons and set high expectations so that pupils are inspired, motivated and challenged, as well as manage behaviour effectively to create a safe, respectful and nurturing environment
