Food Technician Required
Leigh Academy Tonbridge

£80-£100 per day
The Supply Register is looking for an experienced and responsible Food Technician to join the Leigh Academy Tonbridge from September 2024. This is a part-time role, for term time only.
As a Food Technician you will be expected to:
Help prepare and maintain classroom cooking equipment and utensils
Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure it is safe and not faulty
Help to assist and set up lessons
Assisting both the class teacher and students during lessons
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
Requirements
Previous experience as a Food Technician in a school would be desirable
Relevant background in cooking or catering would be desirable
Must hold the Right to work in the UK
Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to process one
Must have a minimum of 24 months of professional references
