About the role:
As a Pack Leader you will help ensure that all the products we produce meet our and the customer’s standards. You will be running a small team of up to 8 people, duties include but not limited to
Delivering Product Quality - Ensuring the product meets customer specifications
Quality Control
Allergen Control
Health & Safety Compliance
Employee Training
Completing paperwork plus packing checks for seals, labels, and product types
Checking the accuracy of labels and weightsWorking Schedule & Rate of Pay:
4 On 4 Off Day Shift Working Pattern: 07:30 - 19:30
£ 13.45 per hour + Overtime Premiums
What you will need to be successful:
An understanding of basic food hygiene.
Experience in busy food production environments.
Good understanding of written and spoken English.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is desirable.
Working knowledge of employer’s operations
Leadership skills
Outstanding communication skills
Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
Excellent customer service skills
