Food Production Operatives
Temporary Ongoing
Monday to Friday
Various shifts available
Rural South Kent
£11.44 - £12.55 per hour (Shift dependant)
My client, a successful and established organisation, are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their thriving team, with a variety of different shifts and working stations available (mornings, afternoons, and nights)!
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, with a high level of attention to detail, previous experience working within a food production environment is preferred but not essential, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload!
Duties include:
Prepare production in accordance with daily order sheets.
Prepare all raw materials so they’re ready for production.
Stacking all finished products, and any other manual handling required.
Escalating any stoppages, faults, or imperfections.
Always adhering to all health and safety/hygiene guidelines.
Any other duties required.
The right candidate will have / be:
Experience working within the food manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential.
A strong team player.
Computer literate.
Helpful, reliable, and confident.
Quick and methodical.
Health and safety awareness.
Flexible and proactive.
Own transport is preferred as there is no public transport links accessible to this area.
