Food Production Operative
Location: Sandwich, Kent
Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £12.00
Hours: 7am - 6.15pm - on a rota basis
As a Food Production Operative, you'll be working across the production department. Starting from the 1st stage of productivity to the final stage of packing and involved in all the production steps in between. You'll get the chance to develop a broad range of skills applicable to food production. This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for the production and manufacturing of food products according to the production plan and escalating any non-conformance or concerns to your manager.
Requirements:
Must have own transport due to the location and start times of shifts
Must be prepared to work some weekends
English both written & verbal
Basic numeracy
Warm, engaging and motivated team player
Excellent eye for detail and precision
Problem solver
Passion about quality products and willing to learn.
Energy, drive, and high achievement focus
