Salary: 12.71 to 13.51 per hour plus some great perks
Shift Pattern: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Includes a 30-minute lunch break)

Join a well-established, family-owned business celebrating its centenary (100 years) next year! We are looking for reliable Food Production Operatives to join the team in the CM22 area. Positions are starting immediately.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will be an essential part of the food production team. Your main duties will include:
Feeding raw materials into the production lines.
Packing and labelling finished goods efficiently.
Loading and offloading items safely.Working Environment & Dress Code
The Environment: You will be working in an ambient, cold food-production environment (around 5 degrees Celsius).
Clothing: Please wear warm, comfortable clothing
Hygiene Standards: For food safety reasons, no jewellery or facial piercings are permitted on the factory floor.
PPE: All relevant PPE is provided daily.Pay Structure & Progression
Temp-to-Perm Increase: An extra 0.30 per hour upon successful permanent transition.
Skill-Up Bonus: Earn an additional 0.50 per hour once permanent by training on specific machinery.
