Responsibilities:
As a Food Production Operative, you will:
Operate and maintain machinery used in the salad production process.
Feed raw materials such as vegetables and fruits into production machinery.
Monitor the production line, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Perform basic quality checks on salad products post-production.
Pack finished salad products ensuring they are ready for distribution.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the production area.
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Skills:
Manual dexterity and the ability to work quickly.
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Shift times:
Day shift: 6 am - 4 pm
Evening shift: 4 pm - 2 am
Pay rates:
Day shift: £11.44 - £14.30
