About the Role

We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and growing food manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for stable weekday hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with previous production experience as well as those looking to start a career within food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing, packing and labelling food products to company standards
Working efficiently on a production line to meet daily production targets
Carrying out visual quality checks on products
Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic working environment
Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Working Environment

This role is based within a food production facility. Due to the nature of the products being manufactured, there is a noticeable smell similar to a butcher's environment, along with strong aromas of spices and seasonings used during production. Applicants should be comfortable working in this type of environment.

Previous production, food manufacturing or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
Own transport is beneficial due to the location of the site
