Food & Beverage Manager

An exceptional opportunity awaits at this prestigious resort hotel on the South coast, who are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead their Food & Beverage department.
As the F&B Manager, you will take charge of orchestrating all facets of our food and beverage offerings. Your mandate includes overseeing the operations of our two restaurants and bar, as well as managing our events business to ensure sustained commercial success.
In collaboration with a proficient team committed to continuous training and development, you will prioritise guest satisfaction across our dining venues and resort bar. This role promises an exciting journey as we chart a course towards culinary excellence and unparalleled hospitality.
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the F&B sector with at least 2 years in a senior management position within a hotel or large resort. Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards and industry best practices. Experience of building and developing a high performing team. Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis and revenue management. Have excellent communication skills whether liaising with other departments of the resort or guests that have complaints or inquiries either face to face or over the telephone.
This role will demand being able to work under pressure ensuring that schedules are met to obtain deadlines. Be able to work additional hours when the role requires.
