Folder Operator
Bradford
£25,000 - £28,000
Due to ongoing growth, my client is looking to add to the print finisher team in the form of a Folder Operator to their fast-growing business. This company is an established provider of fully bespoke business printing solutions.
The Role:
Produce work to the highest standards, ensuring procedures are followed at all times
To communicate with the finishing manager in a timely manner
Liaise with fellow operators for handovers / any arising issues
Keeping a clean and tidy workspace at all times
Completion of any relevant worksheets and accurate recording of KPI's.
The Person:
Experience of all aspects of print finishing
Experience using MBO’s, although experience operating other folding machinery will also be considered (Stahl, HH, Morgana, Heidelberg, etc.)
Has the ability to manage expectations around timescales and deliverables
Can work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
Has a proactive approach to work and is always willing to learn
Can communicate effectively and build rapport with all stakeholders
Be flexible with their attitude towards work and task allocation
Good attention to detail - making sure all documentation is complete & accurate
Good time keeping and attendance.
This a full time permanent position working flexible shifts, which are 8 hours a day between 6am & 6pm (40 hours a week).
