FNOL Claims Handler

£27,000 

Location: Warrington, UK - Hybrid/Flexible working (1 day per week WFH)

 This role is for a Motor FNOL Claims Handler to handle motor claims on behalf of the Broker Claims Teams. The main responsibility is to identify potential clients that would benefit from the company's in-house claims services. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a clear and confident telephone manner. Key Responsibilities of the FNOL Claims Handler:

Provide a claims handling service by acting as first point of contact for clients
Report and record details of new motor incidents and submit the FNOL to the clients' relevant motor insurer and broker
Liaise with insurers, repairers, and other agents
Promote the company's in-house claims services to clients
Undertake any other duties as necessary
Required knowledge and experience for the FNOL Claims Handler role:

Clear and confident telephone manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated
Good emotional control and behaviour under pressure
Positive and enthusiastic when dealing with difficult people
