Job Advertisement: FLT Reach Truck and/or VNA Drivers
Location: Desborough
Barker Ross is currently recruiting for experienced FLT Reach Truck and/or VNA drivers for our client based in Desborough. This is an ongoing, full-time position with the potential to transition to a permanent contract.
You will required to hold either an accredited reach truck licence, or an accredited VNA licence. YOU DON'T REQUIRE TO HAVE BOTH.
Hours and Pay:
· Rotating shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday
Duties:
· Safely unload and load goods using appropriate manual handling equipment.
· Log all incoming and outgoing goods on the Warehouse Management System.
· Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch in line with customer requirements.
· Complete stock checks on time, safely, and accurately.
· Work collaboratively to achieve daily team targets.
· Report machinery faults and health and safety breaches following proper procedures.
Requirements:
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse warehouse environment.
· Accredited VNA or Reach Truck license.
· Excellent time management and punctuality.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication skills.
· Willingness to develop skills and take on new tasks.
