Description:
Groomfield Recruitment are looking for 2 FLT Counter balance / REACH Drivers/Warehouse Operatives for our Client based in Burton on Trent.
Job Duties:
- Using Forklift Reach Truck for order picking. [Pallets]
- Loading and unloading trailers for inbound and outbound stock.
- FLT Reach Truck use for stock movement.
- Lifting stock [manually/physically].
- Packing items also.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
Working Hours:
- Between 0700am - 1600pm [You must be flexible]
- 40 hour working week
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a Reach forklift truck in a warehouse or production setting
-Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a Counter balance forklift truck in a warehouse or production setting
- Valid forklift /FLT REACH & Counter balance operator certification
- Proficient in operating reach trucks
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors
This role is temporary to permanent for the right candidates showing good time-keeping, work ethic and seeing through daily duties.
