FLT Driver – 50/50 FLT & Handball
Location: Lutterworth, LE17
Pay: £12.86 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00

We’re recruiting a motivated FLT Driver to join a fast‑paced distribution operation handling alcohol products. If you enjoy variety and staying busy, this is the perfect fit — with a 50/50 split between FLT work and handball, no two hours feel the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operating the FLT confidently and safely
Handballing stock throughout the shift
Breaking down pallets when required
Handling alcohol products with care
Loading and unloading vehicles
Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe
What We’re Looking For
A valid FLT licence — in‑house certificates are accepted
Someone comfortable with manual handling
A reliable, proactive team player with a strong work ethic
Willingness to upskill — training available for additional FLT types
