Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance/Reach Forklift & Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in Shefford.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working a rotating shift pattern (6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm), offering a great chance to join a supportive and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and dispatching orders to a high standard
* Checking and storing incoming goods accurately
* Operating forklifts safely (Counterbalance & Reach)
* Maintaining health & safety standards at all times
* Supporting warehouse operations across multiple locations
* Handling manual tasks both indoors and outdoors
Requirements:
* Valid Counterbalance & Reach Forklift licences
* Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
* Strong attention to detail and basic IT skills
* Good communication and numeracy
* Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
* Full UK driving licence
