We are currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver to join our client's team based in Lichfield
As an FLT Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the warehouse and maintaining efficient distribution of goods. This is a temporary position offering full-time hours.
Responsibilities:
Operating FLT vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
Conducting daily inspections and routine maintenance checks on the FLT equipment to ensure its proper functioning.
Monitoring inventory and reporting any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a secure working environment.
Assisting with general warehouse duties when required, such as picking and packing orders.Key Skills and Qualifications:
Valid FLT licence is essential. REACH AND COUNTERBALANCE
Proven experience operating FLT vehicles in a warehouse or distribution centre setting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
