Job Title: General Operative with FLT Counterbalance Licences
Location: Goxhill, near Barton upon Humber
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: £11.80 per hour (first 39 hours) £17.70 (after 39 hours) - standard 45 hours week would equate to £566.40 per week.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 4:30pm (45 hours)

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated General Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance Licence to join our team at our Goxhill facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our manufacturing environment, contributing to the efficient and safe operation of our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Forklift (Counterbalance) Operation: Skillful operation of the forklift to move and stack materials in various areas of the facility.
* Manual Lifting: Engage in manual lifting of items weighing up to 25kg, adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines.
* General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organised working area, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace for yourself and your colleagues.
* Adherence to Safety Protocols: Strict adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
* FLT Counterbalance Licence: Current and valid Forklift Counterbalance licence.
* Manual Handling Skills: Ability to safely lift and move items up to 25kg.
* Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
* Team Player: Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
* Punctuality: Reliable and punctual attendance to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
