Job Specification - FLT Clamp Driver (Night Shift)

Location: Stanwell Moor, Staines-upon-Thames

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced FLT Clamp Driver to join our night shift team. The successful candidate will safely operate a counterbalance forklift with clamp attachments, moving materials efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a counterbalance FLT with clamp attachments safely.
Load, unload, transport, and stack materials across the site.
Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow all Health & Safety and company procedures.
Support the operations team in meeting daily targets.Requirements

Essential

Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
Experience operating a clamp truck.
Previous warehouse, recycling, manufacturing, or industrial experience.
Good understanding of Health & Safety.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.Desirable

Recycling or waste management experience.
Flexible to work additional shifts when required.Working Hours

Monday to Friday
5:00 pm - 4:00 am
1-hour unpaid breakPay

£13.75 per hour.
Additional £95 (subject to tax) for working a sixth day
