Flooring / Tiling Project & Contract Managers & Supervisors (All Levels)
Location: London, Essex, Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire
Salary: £45,000 – £75,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hawkes Resourcing Group is recruiting experienced Flooring and Tiling Supervisors, Project Managers and Contracts Managers on behalf of a growing flooring and tiling contractor operating across London and the Home Counties.
We are also keen to speak with experienced flooring and tiling tradespeople who are looking to come off the tools and progress into site supervision or management.

* Experienced Flooring / Tiling Installers looking to move into management
The Role
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities will include:
* Managing commercial and residential flooring / tiling projects
* Overseeing projects from initial handover through to completion
* Managing site teams and subcontractors
* Programming and coordinating works
* Liaising with clients, contractors and site management
* Monitoring quality, health & safety and project deadlines
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
* Managing multiple live projects where required
What We’re Looking For
Previous flooring or tiling experience is essential.
You may already be working as a Supervisor, Project Manager or Contracts Manager, or you could be an experienced tradesperson ready to take your first step into management.
Ideally, you’ll have:
* Strong flooring and/or tiling industry experience
* CSCS card
* SSSTS or SMSTS – advantageous
* Good understanding of site operations
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to deal confidently with clients and subcontractors
* Ambition to progress your career
