We're currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Maintenance Contractor in the Worcester and surrounding area for an experienced Floor Layer to join their social housing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dependable Floor Layer
An opportunity to secure consistent, full-time work delivering bathroom fitting and upgrades to social housing properties in the midlands region.
Location: Worcester and Surrounding
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Duration: Temporary on going
Pay Rate: £160 - £170 per day (CIS or umbrella)
Key Responsibilities:
Laying LVT, vinyl and laminate flooring
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Requirements:
Previous social housing experience
Experience LVT, vinyl and laminate floor laying
Blue CSCS card
Own vehicle and tools
Strong attention to detail and a professional approach
