Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Rotating shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Flexographic Printer to join a busy and growing manufacturing team in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled printer looking to work with modern equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing presses.
Prepare inks, plates, and materials in line with job specifications.
Ensure consistent print quality and colour accuracy throughout production runs.
Carry out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Complete production paperwork and quality control documentation.
Minimise waste and maximise machine efficiency.
Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company standards.Requirements
Previous experience operating flexographic printing presses.
Strong understanding of print processes, colour matching, and quality standards.
Ability to work from job specifications and production schedules.
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desirable
Printing-related qualifications.
Experience with narrow web or wide web flexographic presses.
Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures.Benefits
