Salary: £150 Per day

Job Description

Job Duties:

Deliver engaging and effective teaching to students across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 levels
Provide cover for absent teachers in primary and nursery settings
Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of different student abilities and learning styles
Establish and maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom
Follow school policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Enhanced DBS check on Update Service
Proven experience working as a supply teacher in primary education

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in primary schools
Experience delivering lessons across different key stages

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional training in special education needs (SEN) or safeguarding
Experience working with diverse student populations

Working Conditions:

Flexible days based in Epsom and surrounding areas
Working hours may vary depending on school requirements

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
