Exeter, Devon

Flexible Working Hours- day & night shifts available.

Pay £12.61 per hour with great benefits

Typical shift as a Bank Support Coordinator  

Working with customers in our mental health recovery service. 

There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from supporting with activities such as gardening, baking, and arts & crafts to attending appointments, working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, and supporting customers to build skills to help with independence.

One shift you might be paddleboarding down Oddicombe Beach, the next you?ll be taking our customers on walks with our resident support dog Archie!  

You?ll be helping our vulnerable customers in our service to reach their full potential by working alongside our amazing team of Support Co-ordinators.

You?ll spend each day working with different customers across the service on their goals and aspirations.

You bring

You?ll join our wider services in Devon and the great thing is you can pick up shifts in any of these services that need it! Currently we have hours available in our Torquay and Exeter services. Our team works with customers who require support with their Mental Health and working toward independency and we are super passionate about what we do! We?re a supportive bunch, ensuring we look out for one another and having fun along the way.

Flexible working hours  

We?re looking for you to work across either Torquay or Exeter, or both.

Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning, and keeping in touch with colleagues. 

You?ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
