Key Responsibilities:
Managing and developing a preventative maintenance programme
Leading the predictive maintenance philosophy
Identifying and communicating maintenance tasks using multiple data sources
Ensuring Technical Dispatch Reliability from an operational and reliability perspective
Developing, maintaining, and presenting operational and performance reports
Providing technical support and guidance to the Maintrol Team
Collaborating with the Safety Service and Air Ops teams on flight data review
Job Requirements:
Experience in aircraft maintenance, particularly with Embraer E190 aircraft
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex data
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and data analytics
Understanding of CAA/EASA Part-CAMO, Part-M, and Part 145 requirements
Ability to hold a full airside pass and travel within the UK and Europe
Experience:
CAA Part-66 B1/B2 license or equivalent engineering qualification
Type rating on Embraer E190 aircraft or similar technical support experience
Knowledge of airline business, regulatory, and operating environments
