Fleet Operations Coordinator - 6 WEEK CONTRACT
Location: Brentford
Pay: £16.00–£16.35 per hour
Contract: Temporary – 6-week minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Working Arrangement: Office-based
We are currently recruiting for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Fleet Operations Coordinator to join a busy corporate team in Brentford.
Previous experience within the fleet, automotive, leasing, transport or motor industry would be advantageous but is not essential. We would also consider candidates from a strong customer service or administration background who are keen to develop their career within fleet operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple tasks, communicating with customers and partners, and ensuring day-to-day fleet operations run smoothly.
The position is offered on a minimum 6-week temporary contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.
Fleet Operations Coordinator – Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with lease company partners and customers.
Provide a consistently high level of customer service throughout the customer journey.
Coordinate day-to-day fleet operations, including delivery bookings and customer requirements.
Manage delivery-related administration, reconciliation and customer demonstration requests.
Support the Fleet Operations Manager with daily SLA performance reporting.
Liaise with OEM partners and internal teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Respond professionally and efficiently to customer and partner queries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and information.
Prioritise workloads effectively and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to a positive “One Team” approach.
Fleet Operations Coordinator About You
