Adecco is now recruiting for a Fleet Specialist Technical Coordinator role for a London Borough Council based in East London
Fleet management is a key part of a modern business efficiency and ability to adapt to current challenges.

We are looking for someone with fleet knowledge and experience to hit the ground running, to progress themselves forward with proven skills and track record.
36 hours per week
Monday-Friday - 09:00-17:00
£15.99 p/h PAYE - £20 p/h provisional umbrella
Office based near East Ham
About the role
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders and service users. To act as first point of contact for external callers to the team dealing with enquiries or referring them on as appropriate.
Respond to routine enquiries, prepare correspondence, receive and co-ordinate the management of complaints, service requests and Freedom of Information Requests for the team.
To ensure the accurate and complete completion of holiday, sickness and other records for staff without access to the Council's IT systems.
To arrange and service meetings, workshops etc., including the accurate and prompt production of minutes when required and the following up of actions.
To act as first point of contact for external callers to the team dealing with enquiries or referring them on as appropriate.
To be responsible for the maintenance of the team's monitoring, performance and quality systems and the collation, production and analysis of statistical information and assist in the compilation of management reports and presentations and to support the implementation ofany newICT systems for service monitoring and performance

About you
Have experience and understanding of fleet management activity and processes
Excellent customer service skills
Supportive, strong team player who is eager and hungry to progress with desire for long term placement
Ability to use all Microsoft packages and a fast learner with IT packages
Experience in a fleet management team and in a council environemnt desired
Organised, focused, and efficient at multitasking
