Description:
DNA Recruitment Solutions are recruiting a Fleet coordinator to ensure our client's large fleet of vehicles is kept to a safe and legal standard in regards to maintenance and repair across the European region. You will be part of a growing, dynamic team in a company that values every colleague and believes ambition and fun at work are equally as important as operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Control 3rd party repair companies
* Management of periodic fleet testing
* Control and organisation of fleet inspection
* Coordinate repairs to fleet to maximise vehicle utilisation
* Budget control across the region
* Control fleet modifications
* Ensure in house IT system is a true reflection of fleet status
* Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures
* Carry out post repair inspections
* Estimate verification
* Provide technical support to the commercial team as required
* Managing customer requirements and expectation
* Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
* Sourcing and supplier control experience
* Cost/budget awareness with a strong business mindset
* Build positive relationships across the business, work in a team
* Knowledge of fleet/vehicle maintenance
* Logistics/Transport experience
* IT and digital literate
* Agile, flexible approach to working practices
* Analytical thinker and strong decision maker
* Financial awareness to deliver cost effective results and improvements
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Passionate about health and safety
* Flexible to travel at short notice if required
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00, 37.5 hours per week
